Background in data-driven reporting (e.g., building KPI dashboards). ## Description We are looking for someone who is responsible for leading the smooth transition of services from the existing team while ensuring there is no disruption to business operations. The role focuses on stabilizing delivery, managing day-to-day operations, monitoring KPIs and SLAs, and driving continuous improvement through process optimization and automation. A strong understanding of DevOps and DevSecOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, quality gates, security checks, and release management, is essential. The role also involves leading and mentoring the delivery team, coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders, managing customer expectations and escalations, ensuring compliance with governance and PMO processes, and overseeing resource utilization, delivery margins, and overall operational efficiency., Own service delivery, SLAs/SLOs, incident, problem, and change management (ITIL). Ensure reliability, availability, capacity planning, DR, and platform governance. Lead DevOps platform modernization, upgrades, migrations, and automation initiatives. Drive CI/CD, IaC, containerization, observability, DevSecOps, and release governance best practices. Manage security, compliance, audit readiness, and risk controls. Partner with business, engineering, security, and vendor teams.
