Oracle CPQ certifications are a plus. * Communication: Strong communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills. * Minimum 10+ end-to-end Oracle CPQ implementations * Good to have Oracle certifications (CPQ certified Implementation specialist) Preferred Skills * Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities for guiding CPQ teams. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Strong analytical and problem solving abilities. * Ability to work in global, multi vendor delivery models. * Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or complex product based industries. * Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics. * Ability to produce clear, structured, functional and solution documentation. * High adaptability to evolving business and technology landscapes. Required Experience * 10-15 years of overall IT experience * 5+ years of hands on Oracle CPQ functional experience * 4-5 end to end Oracle CPQ implementations in a lead or architect role ## Description * As an Oracle CPQ Functional Lead/Architect, you will be responsible for leading the functional architecture, design, and implementation of Oracle CPQ Cloud solutions for enterprise clients. * You will work closely with business stakeholders, program leadership, and technical teams to translate business requirements into scalable CPQ functional solutions. * The role involves ownership of the complete CPQ lifecycle-from discovery and design through configuration, testing, deployment, and post go live support. * You will act as the functional solution lead and advisor, ensuring best practice CPQ implementations aligned with Lead to Cash processes and enterprise architecture standards.
