Certified Associate In Project Management, TEKsystems is seeking an experienced Project Manager with a background in telecommunications, contact center technologies, to lead large-scale technology initiatives. This individual will be responsible for managing end-to-end project delivery, coordinating cross-functional teams, maintaining project budgets, and ensuring successful client outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have experience leading CCaaS (Contact Center as a Service) deployments, UC (Unified Communications) initiatives, and telecommunications migrations from legacy phone systems to modern cloud-based platforms., * Manage multiple telecommunications and contact center projects from initiation through completion.

 * Coordinate internal teams, clients, vendors, and third-party partners to ensure successful project execution.
 * Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
 * Track project milestones, deliverables, risks, and dependencies.
 * Manage project scope, timelines, and costs while preventing scope creep.
 * Facilitate project meetings and communicate status updates to stakeholders and leadership teams.
 * Identify and mitigate project risks and escalate issues when necessary.
 * Create and maintain project documentation, status reports, meeting agendas, and meeting minutes.
 * Lead telecommunications modernization initiatives, including cloud contact center and Unified Communications deployments.
 * Support business development efforts by assisting with proposals, Statements of Work (SOWs), RFPs, and RFIs.
 * Measure project performance using project management methodologies and reporting tools.
 * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and vendors., Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI): We may use Artificial Intelligence (AI) to support parts of our hiring process, including sourcing, screening, and evaluating candidates.
