## Description

This position will manage, plan, organize and control all activities of assigned IT projects at varying levels of complexity., * Meeting directly with agency staff to gather, analyze, and formalize data analysis reports.

 * Prepare and deliver project documentation including requirements and progress reports, scope, milestones, and deliverables.
 * Manage project budgets and allocation of resources.
 * Oversees project schedules, track progress and report statuses to stakeholders.
 * Promoting standard development methodologies and breaking down broad user stories into manageable, technical tasks for system architects and developers.
 * Skills in creating flowcharts, data dictionaries, data workflows, and process workflows.
 * Ability to understand IT systems, data storage systems, and data flow analysis.
 * Risk Management: Identifying potential roadblocks early and developing contingency plans to mitigate them.
 * Utilize current project management methodologies.
 * Decision making and problem-solving skills to make decisions with project scope.
 * Ensuring the final deliverables meet the required standards and expectations of the client or organization.
