## Description

As a Modeler on our Strategic Network Design team, you'll help shape the future of Best Buy's supply chain by turning complex business questions into data-driven insights. You'll build and refine models that help leaders evaluate tradeoffs across cost, speed, capacity, inventory placement and customer experience before decisions are made in the real world. If you enjoy solving challenging problems, working with data, and influencing big decisions, this is a great opportunity to make a meaningful impact.

This role is hybrid, which means you will work some days at our corporate office in Richfield, Minnesota, and some days virtually from home or another non-Best Buy location. The specific work arrangements vary by role and team. The recruiter or hiring manager will provide more details during the hiring process.

Build and maintain supply chain optimization and scenario-planning modelsTranslate business questions into structured analytical and modeling solutionsEvaluate network scenarios and identify tradeoffs across cost, service and capacityValidate model outputs, assumptions, and business rules to ensure accuracyCommunicate insights and recommendations to technical and non-technical partnersPartner with data scientists, engineers and business teams to improve planning capabilities
