Education and Experience Requirements: + Minimum high school degree or equivalent, post high school coursework preferred in related field. + Previous exposure to electrical, fiber and or cable related skilled craft work preferred. + Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record + Ability to maintain insurability under company auto insurance guidelines + Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening + Ability to stand/or sit for long periods of time. ## Description Help Build and Keep Greenlight's Fiber Network Running Do you enjoy working outdoors, solving technical problems, and seeing the direct impact of your work? Greenlight Networks is looking for aConstruction & Maintenance Technicianto join our team and play a hands-on role in building, maintaining, and improving the fiber network that thousands of customers rely on every day. In this role, you'll be part of the team responsible for expanding our fiber footprint, splicing and testing fiber, troubleshooting network issues, and restoring service when problems arise. No two days are exactly the same-one day you may be supporting a network expansion project, and the next you'll be tracking down a service disruption and helping get customers back online. If you enjoy working in the field, learning new technical skills, and being part of a team that's making a real difference in the communities we serve, we'd love to talk with you.
