The successful candidate will play a key role in monitoring carers' documentation and activity on the care management app, ensuring accurate record-keeping, identifying errors or omissions, and supporting compliance with CQC standards and company policies. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills, a good understanding of the care sector, and a passion for maintaining high-quality care standards., * Previous experience within the health and social care sector is preferred. * Good understanding of CQC standards, safeguarding, GDPR, and care compliance requirements. * Experience using care management systems or electronic care planning apps. * Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify errors and inconsistencies quickly. * Excellent organisational and administrative skills. * Good written and verbal communication skills. * Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally. * Competent in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively. * Experience in auditing, compliance monitoring, or data coordination is desirable. * A Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care or Business Administration is advantageous but not essential with relevant experience.
