Must have the ability to travel to our location in East Petersburg, PA Responsible for the development, configuration, administration, and support for Fulton Bank's Salesforce implementation with heavy reliance on both FSC and nCino-managed packages. Lead the software design and development effort, code reviews, unit testing, deployment strategies, and development of technical documentation. Work closely with the IT Business Services Managers, Enterprise Architecture, Information Security, Data Management, IT Engineering, System Administration and key business partners to understand key business objectives. Drive innovation within the group in areas including development efficiencies, custom component development and third-party integration, leading-edge industry concepts and developments. Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of coding standards, methodology, and processes and procedures. Mentor and train Associate Salesforce Developers and Salesforce Developers in both processes and procedures as well as coding best practices. Demonstrate personal accountability for continuous learning of industry leading practices and techniques. Responsibilities * Responsible for the development, configuration, administration, and support for Fulton Bank's Salesforce implementation with heavy reliance on both FSC and nCino managed packages. * Lead the software design and development effort, code reviews, unit testing, deployment strategies, and development of technical documentation. * Work closely with the IT Stakeholders and key business partners to understand key business objectives and deploy adaptable, secure, and scalable solutions that meet business needs. * Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of coding standards, methodology, and processes and procedures. Mentor and train IT Associate Solution Developers and IT Solution Developers in both processes and procedures as well as coding best practices.
