## About the Role

 * 4+ years of experience in application support, systems integration, software development, or related IT environments
 * Hands-on experience with IBM Sterling B2B Integrator (SI)
 * Experience developing and supporting BPML workflows and integration processes
 * Strong knowledge of secure file transfer protocols including SFTP, HTTPS, AS2, AWS S3, and Connect:Direct
 * Experience onboarding trading partners and configuring secure connectivity solutions
 * Working knowledge of certificates, encryption, SSH/PGP keys, and TLS protocols
 * Linux/Unix administration experience with Shell or Perl scripting skills
 * Strong troubleshooting and production support experience within enterprise integration environments
 * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered

Preferred Skills/Experience of the IBM Sterling Integrator Analyst - Managed File Transfer:

 * Experience with IBM Sterling File Gateway (SFG), Secure Proxy (SSP), MyFileGateway (MFG), or Sterling Control Center (SCC)
 * Experience developing ITX mappings for EDI X12, XML, flat files, or datasets
 * Performance tuning and system administration experience within IBM Sterling environments
 * Database query and log analysis experience for troubleshooting and monitoring
 * Ability to communicate effectively with technical teams, business users, and external partners
 * Strong organizational, analytical, and documentation skills

## Description

Responsibilities of the IBM Sterling Integrator Analyst - Managed File Transfer:

 * Design, configure, and support integration workflows within the IBM Sterling platform
 * Configure and maintain secure file transfer connections and partner integrations
 * Develop and support BPML business processes, adapters, services, and communication profiles
 * Troubleshoot production issues related to file transfers, connectivity, and integration processing
 * Perform platform maintenance activities including certificate management, security updates, and performance optimization
 * Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support reliable and secure enterprise integrations
