 * Manage CRM campaign execution, including audience segmentation, campaign setup, tracking, reporting, and post-campaign analysis to measure effectiveness and optimize sales outcomes
 * Perform CRM administrative functions for the Ticket Sales and Partnerships teams, including lead management, database hygiene, user support, training, and execution of ad hoc requests
 * Design, build, and maintain Salesforce in-platform reports that deliver visibility into sales performance, operational metrics, and key business trends
 * Maintain CRM documentation and reporting standards, gather user feedback to improve adoption, and recommend system enhancements and best practices, We believe great organizations are built by great people.
