## About the Role

* Ability to produce high-quality work products within expected timeframes
 * SailPoint IdentityIQ: - Configuration, workflow and form development, policy/rule management. - Experience with SailPoint APIs and connector integration.
 * Connector Technologies: - Experience with OOTB connectors (Java, REST/SOAP, JDBC, etc.). - Troubleshooting and optimizing connector performance.
 * Programming/Scripting: - Java (required for SailPoint customizations). - PowerShell, Python, or other scripting languages for automation.
 * Directory Services: - Active Directory, LDAP, Azure AD integration.
 * Security & Compliance: - Understanding of IAM best practices, SOX, GDPR, and other regulatory requirements.
 * General IT Skills: - Windows/Linux server administration. - Networking fundamentals. - Database management (SQL Server, Oracle, etc.).

To qualify for the role you must have

 * Bachelor's degree in a related field
 * A minimum of 3 years of related work experience with Sailpoint IndentityIQ
 * Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret-level clearance or higher

Consistent with EY's collaborative working model, the role is expected to include 60% in-person engagement in support of effective teaming and delivery, subject to client and business requirements

Ideally, you'll also have

 * Experience with other IAM platforms (e.g., CyberArk, Okta, Ping). - Implemented and development of SailPoint IdentityIQ solution
 * Project management or Agile methodology experience.

 * Use knowledge of industry trends to identify engagement and client service issues and communicate this information to the on-site engagement team through written correspondence and verbal presentations.
 * Stay informed of current Cybersecurity industry trends relevant to the services being delivered
 * SailPoint Administration: - Install, configure, and maintain SailPoint IdentityIQ.
 * Develop and maintain SailPoint workflows, forms, rules, and policies.
 * Manage lifecycle events (provisioning, deprovisioning, access request, approval and automated fulfillment, access review & certification, auditing and reports, service account management and others).
 * Troubleshoot and resolve SailPoint platform issues.
