## About the Role

Do you have a valid Driver's License license?, Do you have experience in Customer communication?, * Proven experience in technical support or desktop support roles with a strong understanding of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux), and software troubleshooting.

 * Familiarity with IT support tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, BMC Remedy or Help Desk platforms for ticket management and incident tracking.
 * Knowledge of computer networking concepts including LAN setup, VPN configuration, firewall management, and network security best practices.
 * Hands-on experience managing computer management tasks like software deployment via Microsoft Office suite or other enterprise tools.
 * Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical users.
 * Ability to work independently in a freelance capacity while managing multiple support requests efficiently.
 * Prior experience supporting IT infrastructure components such as routers, switches, firewalls, and remote access solutions is highly desirable.
