## Description

* Design, develop, and own Tier-1 services that determine ad-serving eligibility across Performance Advertising Core Engine
 * Set the technical vision for services spanning multiple Sponsored Ad programs (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display)
 * Build global, auto-scalable, high-throughput services that work across all ad programs - from campaign management through event logging
 * Collaborate with software engineers, Product Managers, and Program Managers to deliver compelling advertiser and customer experiences
 * Advise senior leadership on technical opportunities and risks to ensure sustained, rapid feature delivery
 * Lead and inspire teammates to raise the bar on software quality, reliability, and operational excellence
 * Measure success through quality of execution, pace of innovation, and increased customer and advertiser satisfaction
