This role is responsible for supporting end users, workstation hardware, mobile computing devices, printing systems, and core infrastructure while ensuring minimal disruption to business operations during weekend and overnight hours. The Production Support Engineer will diagnose and resolve issues involving desktop systems, laptops, Office 365, Active Directory, network connectivity, Zebra printers, RF scan guns, and other operational technologies critical to warehouse and production functions.
