Work Environment: This position operates primarily in the field and on customer sites, with a portion of time spent visiting customer locations, job sites, storerooms, trailers, branches, warehouses, and attending meetings. The role involves frequent interaction with customers, contractors, and internal teams and may include exposure to active construction, warehouse, or industrial environments while on-site. This position requires the use of standard office equipment, including computers, internet systems, smartphones, handheld scanning devices, and photocopiers. Mental Demands: * Ability to manage multiple inventory programs, schedules, and customer priorities simultaneously. * Analytical thinking required to evaluate inventory levels and replenishment needs. * Continuous attention to detail to maintain inventory accuracy and product labeling. * Problem-solving skills required to address customer issues and service challenges. Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to have: * Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching while stocking or organizing inventory. * Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, carry, and move materials consistent with typical inventory handling requirements. * Ability to use a keyboard and type proficiently * Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus * Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. * Regular use of handheld scanning devices and mobile equipment., * High school diploma or equivalent preferred * Two years' experience in construction, electrical distribution, inventory management, or sales experience preferred. * Basic computer skills required, including Microsoft Word and Excel. * Prior experience working in customer-facing or field service environments preferred. ## Description Shift Hours: Monday-Friday, 7:00 a.m.- 3:30 p.m. or 8:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m. Work hours may vary based on customer needs.
