## About the Role

* Designing DevSecOps architecture
 * Evaluating and selecting tools
 * Building CI/CD pipelines from scratch
 * Implementing Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
 * Setting up OpenShift/Kubernetes platforms

 * Establishing operational standards and automation
 * Working independently with minimal guidance

Required Experience Must have hands-on experience building:

 * CI/CD platforms (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions)
 * Infrastructure as Code (Terraform strongly preferred)
 * OpenShift & Kubernetes
 * Docker and container platforms
 * On-prem bare-metal infrastructure
 * Secure deployment pipelines

Must have DevSecOps security experience:

 * SAST (Static Application Security Testing)
 * DAST (Dynamic Application Security Testing)
 * Vulnerability Scanning
 * Secrets Management
 * Security automation within CI/CD

Must have experience with:

 * PostgreSQL
 * Apache Kafka
 * Python and/or Bash scripting
 * Architecture evaluations and tool selection

Strong Preference
Candidates who have:

 * Built Greenfield DevSecOps environments
 * Implemented enterprise DevSecOps frameworks
 * Led platform automation initiatives
 * Worked on on-prem Kubernetes/OpenShift deployments

Worked in highly regulated environments
This looks like a strong technical screening JD, not a generic DevOps role. What the client is really looking for:

 * Senior (10 15+ years preferred)
 * Greenfield platform build experience
 * DevSecOps (not just DevOps)
 * Terraform + Kubernetes/OpenShift
 * CI/CD architecture ownership
