## Description

Provide Level 2 support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and conference room technology.

Troubleshoot and support Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) environments, including Citrix, VMware Horizon, Azure Virtual Desktop, and Windows 365.

Configure, deploy, patch, and manage enterprise endpoints using Intune, SCCM, and Jamf.

Resolve complex technical issues escalated from Level 1 support through ServiceNow while ensuring SLA compliance.

Lead and mentor desktop support technicians and collaborate with infrastructure, network, and security teams to maintain a highly reliable end-user environment.
