* 3+ years of experience administering macOS and Windows in an enterprise environment.
 * Strong knowledge of macOS architecture, security, and troubleshooting.
 * Experience with Apple Business Manager and MDM platforms.
 * Proficiency in shell scripting (Bash or Zsh).
 * Understanding networking fundamentals and identity management.
 * Excellent communication and documentation skills., * Jamf or Apple certifications (Jamf 200/300/400, Apple Certified IT Professional).
 * Experience integrating macOS with Azure Entra, SailPoint, or other IdPs.
 * Knowledge of compliance frameworks (SOC 2, NIST, PCIDSS, ISO 27001).
 * Experience supporting mixed OS environments.

## Description

EUC/Desktop Engineer

 * Manage and administer macOS and Windows devices using MDM solutions (e.g., Intune, Jamf Pro, Kandji).
 * Deploy, configure, patch, and maintain macOS and Windows systems and applications.
 * Enforce security policies including FileVault, malware protection, and OS compliance.
 * Provide Tier 2/3 support for Mac and Windows related hardware and software issues.
 * Automate device management workflows using scripts and profiles.
 * Maintain device inventory, licensing, and asset lifecycle management.
 * Collaborate with IT security and service desk teams.
 * Document standards, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
 * Provide hands-on desktop, laptop, and peripheral support for Windows and macOS
 * Troubleshoot hardware failures, OS issues, application errors, and user accounts
 * Perform workstation imaging, setup, and deployment for new hires and replacements
