* Design, build, and maintain scalable front-end applications using React and modern JavaScript
 * Partner with designers and backend engineers to deliver features from concept through release
 * Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code that supports high-quality user experiences
 * Improve application performance and responsiveness across key user workflows
 * Contribute to technical discussions around architecture, design, and implementation approaches
 * Support ongoing enhancements to tools used for campaign creation, monitoring, reporting, and spend tracking
 * Stay current with front-end best practices, emerging tools, and accessibility standards
