City of Hope employees' pay is based on the following criteria: work experience, qualifications, and work location. ## Description The Director, Change serves as an enterprise leader responsible for operationalizing how City of Hope navigates transformation through integrated change management and change leadership. This role leads complex, system-wide initiatives in partnership with executive leaders and functions, leveraging change management capabilities across change, culture, and employee experience. The Director establishes and operationalizes enterprise standards, builds organizational capability, oversees a portfolio of high-value strategic initiatives, and ensures leaders and teams are aligned, prepared, and equipped to deliver organizational priorities.
