## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, Computer Science, Psychology, or a related field.
 * Minimum of 5 years of professional UX design experience.
 * Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design processes and successful digital products.
 * Advanced proficiency with Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design software.
 * Extensive experience with information architecture, interaction design, wireframing, and prototyping.
 * Strong understanding of responsive design principles and accessibility standards.
 * Experience leading UX projects from concept through product launch.
 * Excellent communication, leadership, presentation, and collaboration skills.
 * Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
 * Experience working within Agile or Scrum development environments.

Preferred Qualifications

 * Experience designing SaaS platforms, enterprise software, or complex digital products.
 * Experience creating and maintaining design systems.
 * Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and front-end development concepts.
 * Experience using analytics and user behavior tools to support design decisions.
 * Knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards.
 * Previous experience mentoring UX designers or leading design initiatives.
 * Experience working with cross-functional and distributed teams.

## Description

* Lead the UX design process from discovery and research through implementation.

 * Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, UI Designers, and business stakeholders to define product requirements.
 * Translate complex business goals into intuitive, user-centered digital experiences.
 * Lead design workshops, brainstorming sessions, and design reviews.
 * Mentor and support junior UX designers by providing guidance, coaching, and constructive feedback.
 * Maintain and evolve the company's design system to ensure consistency across products.
 * Advocate for accessibility, usability, and inclusive design best practices.
 * Analyze user behavior, research findings, and product metrics to guide design improvements.
 * Present design concepts and strategic recommendations to leadership and stakeholders.
 * Stay current with UX trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices.
