Mandatory skills * 12+ years of software engineering, enterprise automation, or platform engineering experience. * 5+ years of enterprise UiPath engineering experience. * 5+ years leading technical teams or complex enterprise automation initiatives. * Proven experience designing and delivering large-scale enterprise automation ecosystems. * Experience owning solution architecture, engineering standards, delivery lifecycle, and production support. * Experience defining technical skills, effort, architecture, and delivery plans for multiple initiatives. * Strong technical leadership, executive communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills. * Ability and willingness to come in - person interview and 3 days' work from office.
