Required:

 * 3-5 years of frontend development experience, with a strong focus on consumer / B2C products.
 * Clear, demonstrable experience at B2C companies (2+ years).
 * Proficiency with Figma and comfort working directly from design files.
 * Hands-on experience with AI coding tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar).
 * Authorized to work in the United States - no visa sponsorship available.

Nice to Have:

 * Prior experience in early-stage startups or founding engineering teams.
 * Willingness to be present in San Francisco, Los Angeles, or New York City as needed., This is a hybrid role based primarily in San Francisco, CA. A fast-moving, pre-seed AI-powered talent acquisition startup is hiring its first full-time Founding Frontend Engineer. This is a rare opportunity to join at the ground floor of a company reimagining how people find and land startup roles - replacing traditional job applications with intelligent, direct introductions. You'll have an outsized impact on product direction, user experience, and engineering culture from day one., * Collaborate closely with design and product to translate Figma designs into polished, performant consumer-facing interfaces.

 * Leverage AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate development velocity and code quality.
 * Help establish frontend best practices, tooling, and standards as an early team member.
 * Contribute to product strategy and roadmap discussions alongside founders and leadership.
 * Iterate rapidly on features based on user feedback in a high-ownership, low-bureaucracy environment.
