This role serves as the primary point of contact for ERP and other applications support requests, assists users with troubleshooting and business process questions, performs basic system administration, testing, and configuration, and report directly to the Sr. Applications Systems Analyst on enhancements, implementations, and integrations., This list of essential duties is not all-inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties, as management may deem necessary from time to time. This team member must be able to perform each essential job duty identified below satisfactorily.
