## Description

* Act as a point of contact for customers with questions, requests, or troubleshooting problems related to HIMSA-created software and hardware.
 * Answer customer questions and provide help with technical issues, keeping customers up to date on open issues and following up on past issues.
 * Provide second-level support for our desktop applications.
 * Participate in software release testing.
 * Create learning materials for external technical support engineers.
