 * Experience in a health, wellness or medical setting is advantageous.
 * Knowledge of medical insurance verification principles is a plus.
 * Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
 * Comfortable with computers, ability to handle uploading and downloading files as well as navigating email
 * Competent phone skills
 * Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with patients and healthcare professionals.
 * Interest in physical therapy or healthcare is a plus.
 * Friendly, professional, and dependable.

 * Manage phone calls with professionalism, addressing inquiries and scheduling appointments.
 * Maintain patient records accurately using electronic health record systems; experience with Prompt EMR is a plus
 * Perform clerical duties including filing, data entry, and maintaining organized patient files.
 * Assist with administrative tasks such as verifying insurance information and processing patient forms.
 * Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow and effective communication.
 * Uphold confidentiality standards in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
 * Welcome and prepare patients for therapy sessions.
 * Assist therapists with non-clinical tasks and patient support.
 * Apply therapeutic modalities (heat/ice packs, electrical stimulation) as directed.
 * Keep treatment areas clean, organized, and sanitized.
 * Communicate with patients, therapists, and other staff to ensure smooth care.
