Degree; degree in marketing preferred. * 2-5 years' experience in email, SMS and push notification or other analytical online marketing. * Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Database experience is a plus). * Knowledge of email and SMS marketing. * Marketing experience, and ability to identify consumer needs/wants and develop a compelling value proposition to drive email acquisition. * Strong analytic skills, including experience with attribution methodologies and analytics software (e.g. Adobe Analytics). * Strong technical skills (HTML experience is a plus). * High attention to detail and strong organizational skills. * Ability to efficiently and effectively self-direct and prioritize work. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams. * Ability to operate efficiently at a tactical level against strategic goals., * While performing the duties of this job, the associate is regularly required to talk or hear. The associate is frequently required to sit; stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; as well as reach with hands and arms. * Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. * Ability to work in open environment with fluctuating temperatures and standard lighting. * Ability to work on computer and mobile phone for multiple hours; with frequent interruptions. * Required to travel in elevator or stairwells to attend meetings and engage with associates on multiple floors throughout building. ## Description Responsible for day-to-day management of CRM campaign processes from design through deployment and contributing to meet sales growth targets for the CRM Marketing channels.
