Equivalent experience in data management, administrative coordination, or program operations will also be considered. Strong organizational, communication, and technology skills are required. Requirements A mature walk with Jesus Christ and able to articulate Biblical beliefs and their application within the context of the Fresno Mission. It is important that each employee possesses and maintain a Christian testimony of their faith and experience in Jesus. ## Description The Career Pathways Systems Support role helps the program succeed by managing administrative tasks, data, and daily operations. This role maintains accurate participant records, assists with grant and outcome reporting, coordinates logistics, and helps the Career Pathways team work efficiently and effectively.
