Education may be substituted for experience as determined relevant by the agency. * Valid Driver License and ability to travel to communities throughout the local area or other assigned locales. (On rare occasions, overnight travel will be required.) * Ability to gain access to military installations and correctional facilities. * Lifting up to 40 lbs and ability to go up and down stairs. * Valid Class B CDL at the time of appointment., * Previous experience driving recreation and/or large vehicles preferred. * Bi-lingual a plus, but not required * One (1) year of professional experience providing employment, case management, or workforce development services. * Basic Vehicle Maintenance ## Description This position will manage and coordinate the Mobile Workforce Center while providing workforce services that connect job seekers with employment opportunities. Ensure compliance with federal and state workforce program requirements, maintain accurate case records, support customers using workforce systems, and represent workforce services through community outreach, job fairs, and partner events.
