## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree is required for consideration.
 * 5-7 years of experience in a program management role, with at least 5 years of Technical Program Management experience.
 * Experience leading a large program effort in a matrix organization and working within HR technology programs.
 * Knowledge of Agile methodologies and proficiency with Microsoft Suite, Confluence, and JIRA.
 * Experience with HR technology platforms such as Workday, and familiarity with Strategic Workforce Planning and talent management is required.
 * Strong collaboration, communication, organization, problem-solving, and ambiguity-handling skills are required.

## Description

* Lead technical delivery across multiple workstreams and support alignment between technology, HR, and business stakeholders.
 * Own program governance, timelines, dependencies, risks, and escalation paths to support successful execution.
 * Coordinate delivery sequencing and integration of key data domains across the program.
 * Maintain dashboards, KPIs, and program-level success metrics while supporting iterative rollout of new processes and tools.
