## About the Role

Do you have a valid Driver's License license?, Do you have experience in Productivity software?, Do you have a Associate's degree?, * Associate degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)

 * Minimum 2 years of IT support/helpdesk experience
 * Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
 * Experience with Microsoft Office and enterprise systems
 * Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

Preferred:

 * Public sector experience

Additional Requirements:

 * Valid driver's license
 * Ability to pass background checks
 * Willingness to participate in on-call rotation

## Description

This role involves providing Tier 1 technical support for computer systems and users. You will be the first point of contact for IT-related issues, assisting with troubleshooting hardware, software, and network concerns while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.Key Responsibilities:

 * Serve as the first point of contact for IT Service Desk requests
 * Troubleshoot and support desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and AV systems
 * Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software
 * Support servers and business applications
 * Maintain system security through patching and updates
 * Track inventory of IT assets and manage software licensing
 * Create and maintain technical documentation
 * Assist with IT projects and system improvements
 * Travel occasionally to support equipment across locations
