## About the Role

## Description

Our client is seeking an IT Support Technician / Junior Systems Administrator to provide technical support, maintain IT infrastructure, and ensure seamless technology operations for end users. This role combines hands-on technical support with system administration responsibilities, making it ideal for professionals looking to grow their careers in IT., * Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, software applications, and network connectivity issues.

 * Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain hardware and software systems.

 * Support Windows and Mac operating systems.

 * Create, modify, and manage user accounts in Active Directory.

 * Assist with Windows Server administration and system maintenance.

 * Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and escalate complex problems when necessary.

 * Manage and maintain printers, peripherals, and related equipment.

 * Respond to help desk requests and document resolutions.

 * Maintain accurate inventory and asset records.

 * Collaborate with IT team members on projects, upgrades, and technology initiatives.
