## About the Role

* SAP experience with strong focus on SAP CS (Customer Service) and Service Management
 * Proven experience as a Solution/Lead Architect in at least 2-3 full-cycle SAP implementations
 * Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Service Management, SAP PM, and SAP SD
 * Hands-on configuration experience across service order management, warranty processing, repairs/returns, and billing
 * Experience integrating SAP FSM (Field Service Management) or similar tools
 * Solid understanding of ABAP for debugging and custom development oversight
 * Experience with SAP Fiori/UI5 for service management apps
 * Knowledge of IDocs, BAPIs, RFCs, and integration tools (PI/PO)
 * Strong understanding of S/4HANA migration strategies (brownfield/greenfield)
 * Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills
 * Experience leading cross-functional teams in Agile/Waterfall delivery models
