Nice to Have: * Experience in B2B SaaS startup environments and remote international settings is strongly preferred * Familiarity with coding agents, automated code reviews, and agentic skills and tooling * Familiarity with event-driven architectures, serverless architectures, high volume architectures, API strategies, MongoDB, AWS, micro-services, web security, and Agile methods is highly desirable * Experience working in an Agile development environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams * Past positions in startups and international contexts will be appreciated. ## Description The Fountain Engineering team is organized into product squads, each responsible for independently owning the product's health and market fit. The teams are the domain experts of their products, and are always looking to improve their operation. We are a rapidly growing team that operates with agility and speed. You will be expected to find creative solutions even when faced with uncertainty, and you will have the freedom to do so. You will operate with autonomy on an established legacy codebase, balancing speed with attention-to-detail. Automated testing and product quality are paramount. ⓘ View potential timezone restrictions This role requires collaboration within a globally distributed organization, spanning different time zones, continents, and cultures (including Western and Northern Europe, USA, South Africa, Mexico, and more).
