This leadership role provides clinical, operational, and strategic oversight of a high-acuity outpatient continuum serving adults with acute psychiatric needs. The Director will lead multidisciplinary teams, oversee program operations, provide clinical care, and ensure high-quality, evidence-based care while supporting seamless transitions between inpatient, PHP, IOP, and outpatient services.
