This role is responsible for leading field crews, coordinating subcontractors, enforcing safety standards, maintaining quality control, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced construction environment and has experience supporting fiber optic, OSP, broadband, utility, or telecommunications infrastructure projects.
