Effectively clarify issues and actions * Excellent reputation for building relationships across various levels of an organization * Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize * Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders, * PMP or similar certification * MBA or other related advanced degree * Familiarity with artificial intelligence used in clinical setting * Experience with interoperability standards (FHIR, HL7, SMART on FHIR) * Agile or hybrid project management methodologies * Experience working in an FDA-regulated business (e.g. validated software related to medical, pharmaceutical, or life sciences products) * Experience in digital health technology, preferably in the health or medical space ## Description The Associate Program Director, Digital Solutions leads the strategic planning, execution, and delivery of digital health initiatives, with a strong focus on artificial intelligence (AI) integration and electronic health record (EHR) interoperability. This role bridges clinical, technical, and business teams to implement innovative digital solutions that enhance patient care, engagement, and operational efficiency. You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders internally, as well as external partners, to build our next generation digital offerings. What You'll Work On Program Portfolio Leadership: * Oversee the lifecycle of digital health programs from concept through deployment, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. * Collaborate with executive leadership to define digital health roadmap, with emphasis on the use of Artificial Intelligence in healthcare * Serve as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders, leadership and external partners.
