You will be a valued member of the Quality Engineering and Automation team and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and junior engineers to drive innovation and excellence in testing practices. In this role, you will: * Lead the design and development of test automation frameworks and solutions. * Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements. * Develop and maintain Gen AI solutions, including integration with tools like Copilot. * Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards. * Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently. * Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to decision-making processes. * Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for all projects.
