## Description

* Lead the performance testing team in the planning design and execution of performance test cases and scenarios
 * Collaborate with development and product teams to understand system architecture identify critical performance KPIs and establish performance benchmarks
 * Develop comprehensive performance test plans and strategies that cover load stress endurance and scalability testing
 * Select and implement appropriate performance testing tools and frameworks
 * Execute performance tests monitor system performance and analyse results to identify bottlenecks and issues
 * Provide detailed performance test reports and recommendations for performance improvements
 * Mentor and train team members on performance testing best practices and tools
 * Manage the performance testing environment ensuring that it is properly configured and maintained for accurate testing
