The ideal candidate demonstrates strong design sensibilities, excellent communication skills, and a passion for creating environments that balance aesthetics, functionality, and client goals., * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution. * Licensed Architect preferred; candidates actively pursuing licensure are encouraged to apply. * Experience supporting architectural projects from conceptual design through design development. * Experience serving senior living, healthcare, education, government, mixed-use, hospitality, or other institutional markets, with senior living experience preferred. * Strong understanding of architectural design principles, space planning, site planning, building systems, and applicable building codes. * Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office.
