* Proven experience leading global SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and EC Time implementations.
 * Strong knowledge of HR business processes and SuccessFactors best practices.
 * Experience leading global solution design and overseeing configuration activities.
 * Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
 * Ability to collaborate effectively with global, cross-functional, and cross-cultural teams.
 * Willingness to travel to Canada and the EU for project and testing activities.
 * Valid U.S. passport.
 * Experience working on long-term, multi-phase global transformation projects is preferred.

## Description

Baer is looking for SuccessFactors EC and EC Time Global Lead Consultant for a 6+ month remote project., * Serve as the Global Lead Consultant for SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and EC Time.

 * Lead global solution design and oversee configuration activities delivered by the global implementation team.
 * Ensure system design aligns with HR business processes, global standards, and best practices.
 * Act as the primary functional liaison for business stakeholders across Canada, Greece, and the EU.
 * Facilitate global design workshops, testing cycles, deployment, and rollout activities.
 * Provide guidance throughout all project phases, including design, testing, and production deployment.
 * Mentor junior consultants and support regional project teams.
 * Participate in on-site testing and project activities as required.
