The Opportunity The Project Leader, Disability Migrations is responsible for leading the successful conversion of customer disability and leave management programs from legacy platforms to MetLife's cloud-based claims and administration systems. This role plays a critical part in delivering seamless customer migrations, ensuring operational readiness, and driving cross-functional coordination across the Group Benefits organization.
