+ Love details and staying organized

 + Enjoy solving problems and improving processes

 + Can confidently communicate with production teams

 + Believe food safety matters BIG time

 + Know your way around GMPs, HACCP, SQF, or are eager to learn

 + Are comfortable using Excel, Word, and other Microsoft tools

 + Work well independently and with a team

 + Have food manufacturing or bakery experience (bonus points)

What You'll Need

 + High School Diploma required

 + Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Laboratory Science, or related field preferred

 + QA or food industry experience is highly valued

 + HACCP Certification - or willingness to obtain it

 + Knowledge of statistics, SPC fundamentals, and lab skills is a plus

## Description

+ Identify and isolate anything suspicious before it becomes a problem

 + Conduct sanitation audits, GMP inspections, and equipment testing

 + Collect and analyze quality data (yes, spreadsheets count as detective work)

 + Maintain HACCP and QA records with accuracy and detail

 + Help improve processes and reduce waste
