Experience with Program or Project Management Technical Writing Experience supporting a DoD program or project. DISA experience is a plus. SharePoint On Premise Expertise Experience in designing SharePoint lists and libraries with proper column types and validation. Understand the delegation limitations of using SharePoint as a data source and how to work around them. Using advanced knowledge management features like Managed Terms and Custom Content types. Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven) Must understand when to use a highly custom Canvas App versus a data-focused Model-Driven App or both. Experience with responsive UI design focusing on User Experience. Power Automate Mastery Must go beyond simple triggers/ connectors. Experience with custom connectors, working with complex data formats (JSON), and connecting to various data sources, including via APIs. Microsoft Dataverse Knowledge A candidate who understands Dataverse to build more scalable, secure, and robust data source. Articulate the pros and cons of using Dataverse vs. SharePoint for specific use cases., * Ability to work directly with the prime contractor project team. * Strong written and verbal communication skills are required to collaborate test plans and reports with Government and equipment vendors. * Knowledge and experience with Microsoft office suite to include SharePoint, Word, and Excel ## Description LightGrid is Looking for a team member to assist both our Portfolio Oversight Support (POS) team and our Knowledge Management team. Must be able to go to Fort Meade, MD 3 days a week. ACTIVE DoD SECRET is required., Within the IE4 KM team, working alongside our developers to develop a project management tool for DISA. * Serve as the (Internal) Product Owner- Owns the backlog, dictate the "what" by writing requirements (User Stories), prioritizing features based on business value, and deciding what needs to be delivered next. * Serves as Developer- Use SharePoint On-Premise and PowerApps to develop a Project Management workspace and reporting tool for DISA IE. * Task members of the team with activities (and yourself), report progress to the internal PgM and the customers * Run daily standups Within the IE4 POS team, support: * Manage Project and Program Reviews o Collect weekly statistics and incorporate them into Talking Points o Collect and review slides. o Run meetings Background and Education required, This background is a significant force multiplier for a Power Platform developer.
