## About the Role

*Engineering degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or 10+ years of packaging/project experience

*5+ years of engineering experience, including capital project execution in manufacturing environments.

*Experience managing project scope, timelines, and budgets.

*Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

*Proven ability to drive results and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred

*Experience in consumer packaged goods (CPG) or manufacturing environments.

*Background in Operations and/or maintenance/reliability engineering roles.

*Experience with 2D and 3D modeling software (ACAD, Solidworks, etc.).

*Knowledge of CI / Lean / TPM methodologies.

*Experience with SAP and Microsoft Office tools.

*Strong communication skills with the ability to influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

## Description

* Lead the design, installation, commissioning, and start-up of packaging systems for new products, upgrades, and capacity improvements.
 * *Manage medium-scale capital projects, including scope definition, schedule, budget, and resource planning.
 * *Provide technical leadership to cross-functional teams across Engineering, Operations, Maintenance, and Operations.
 * *Apply Continuous Improvement, Lean, and Early Management principles to optimize performance and reliability.
 * *Identify and deliver cost savings, productivity improvements, and sustainability initiatives.
 * *Ensure projects meet safety, quality, regulatory, and environmental standards.
 * *Evaluate and manage external vendors, consultants, and equipment suppliers.
 * *Analyze performance data and solve complex technical problems using a structured, data driven approach.
 * *Coach and support Operations and Maintenance teams to build technical capability and drive long-term results.
