## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of related experience, or a Master's degree.
 * Knowledge of software engineering theories, principles, and concepts.
 * Experience with the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile engineering practices.
 * Proficiency in writing functional code, unit testing, and debugging.
 * 2+ years of Experience with secure coding principles and requirements analysis.

Preferred Qualifications

 * 2+ years of Experience working with Design Thinking Principles and a focus on UX.
 * Ability to effectively communicate project status, blockers, and timelines to the team.
 * Experience collaborating with cross-functional partners like Design and Product Management.
 * Demonstrated ability to share insights from independent learning to assist in team problem-solving.
 * Ability to manage one specific component of a codebase as a subject matter expert.
