Strong problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills are essential for success in this role., * Bachelor's degree in data science, computer science, engineering, statistics, math, economics, or a related field preferred; candidates with relevant professional experience in lieu of a degree will also be considered. * 1+ years of experience in data analysis, data mining and data visualization * Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, Power BI or similar tools. * Experience with Salesforce or comparable project management systems. * Ability to present complex data in a clear, actionable and visually engaging manner. * Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills. * Strong attention to detail, time management and follow-through * Interest in sustainability and passionate about making a meaningful impact on the environment. Preferred skills, education and experience * Master's degree in data science, data analytics, business analytics, or a related field (GPA of 3.5 or higher preferred). * Experience with JavaScript, Python, Power Automate, Redshift, or other data tools * Knowledge of energy efficiency, environmental sciences, or sustainability. * Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. * Experience in energy efficiency programs or other utility programs is a plus. ## Description Resource Innovations is seeking a Data Analyst to become a vital part of our team in St. Louis, MO or remotely. We're looking for a talented and driven individual with a robust background in data management, analytics, and visualization.
