This role serves as a key liaison between IT, Finance, and Procurement teams to route purchase approvals, track spending, and provide accurate reporting on IT financial performance., Budget Monitoring & Analysis

 * Track and analyze IT spend across hardware, software, services, and projects.
 * Compare actual expenditures against budget forecasts and identify variances.
 * Provide recommendations for cost optimization and budget adherence.

Purchase Approval Routing

 * Review IT purchase requests for compliance with budget and policy.
 * Route approvals through appropriate channels and ensure timely processing.
 * Maintain accurate records of purchase approvals and related documentation.

Financial Reporting

 * Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual IT financial reports for leadership.
 * Develop dashboards and metrics to visualize IT spend trends.
 * Support forecasting and planning activities for IT budgets.

Vendor & Contract Management Support

 * Assist in tracking vendor invoices and contract renewals.
 * Ensure proper allocation of costs to projects and cost centers.

Compliance & Governance

 * Ensure adherence to organizational financial policies and IT procurement standards.
 * Support audits and provide necessary documentation for IT-related financial transactions.
