The ideal candidate will possess a unique mix of technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and the ability to manage complex, multifaceted programs. This position will involve overseeing projects related to cybersecurity, offensive operations, RF systems, and emerging technologies, requiring a candidate with an exceptional technical background and the ability to collaborate across disciplines., Education: Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field. Advanced degree preferred. * Experience: * Minimum of 5+ years of experience in offensive cyber operations (red teaming, exploit development, vulnerability research). * Proven track record of managing complex technical programs. * Technical Skills: + Expertise in offensive cyber tools and frameworks. + Familiarity with vulnerability research and reverse engineering. + Understanding of RF hardware and technologies, such as antennas, SDR devices, signal analysis tools, and spectrum monitoring platforms. * Soft Skills: * Capable of juggling competing priorities under tight deadlines. * Strong written and oral communication skills. * Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities., * PMP Certification * Familiarity with end-to-end hardware-software integration processes. * Experience productizing technology. Clearance Requirements Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance (TS/SCI w/ polygraph). Additional Information Some travel may be required for customer meetings, field tests, or demonstrations.
