Preferred Qualifications * Experience in Microsoft o365 management. Microsoft Certifications a plus. * Successful candidate will have a wide range of knowledge of a variety of IT programs and hardware and demonstrate patience with users as they work through issues. ## Description Orbital Engineering is seeking an IT Support Technician to support our Houston, Texas Region. This is a hybrid position that will require working in the Houston, TX Office at least 1-2 days a week. The nature of the position involves providing hands-on technical support to the Houston office. This role will function as a part of the larger IT Support team to provide IT support to all Orbital users, helping the company continue to grow and innovate at a high pace. The ideal candidate will help build, maintain, and troubleshoot the company's rapidly expanding infrastructure.
